Congratulations to the Englehart Bill Mathews Motors Bantams on a very good season.
At the start of the year, the team set several goals:
The team will finish in the top third of the NDHL
Team finishes second overall
In tournaments, the team will play on Sunday
In 4 out of 6 tournaments the team made the playoffs
Timmins - Make the semi-finals
West Nipissing - make championship game
Temiskaming Shores - Champions
Hang a new banner at the Arena
Winning the NOHA, the major accomplishment for the year
A new banner will be hung this summer
The players will learn and grow
I believe every player improved as the season went along, some more than others, but all grew
We will be professional, representing our community well
Being noted at Pembroke for having clean dressing rooms
Being complimented at Temiskaming Shores, as well as other places on how well dressed our players are
